christine ghawi
VOCALS, GUITAR
Christine Ghawi is a singer/songwriter and
acoustic guitarist whose musical influences range from Nina Simone to
Thom Yorke to classical Chinese folk music. She was recently
featured as a finalist in the Broadway musical challenge, Le Spotlight,
and is currently working on her debut album. She performed with
the FP Band at Stanley Park for the Super Cities Walk for MS in April
2008.
Geoff Archibald grew up in the British
Columbia Lower Mainland and started his music career early on, having
performed with various bands and in various venues and garages around
town. Geoff's last major endeavor was a five-year stint holding down
solid grooves in blues-rock band EBE. He performed with the FP Band on
Bass at Stanley Park for the Super Cities Walk for MS.
Phobia performed rock
favourites from the 60's, 70's, 80's 90's and today at
Ambleside Park in West Vancouver for the Super Cities Walk
for MS on Sunday April 27, 2008.
A professional guitarist, vocalist, and
pianist, Sami adds his particular flavour or style to a recording,
accommodating without intruding on the originality of the artist. His
musical influences come from the rock/pop & balladry of The Beatles,
Spanish & Arabic guitar styles, to club dance music. As a performer he
plays with a group, or solo, mixing his own compositions with crowd
favourites. Sami performed with the FP Band at Stanley Park for the
Super Cities Walk for MS.
Steve Lindsay is a seasoned
drummer, having performed for over 20 years with bands around British Columbia
and other parts of Canada. He currently teaches drums and percussion at
Lindsay Music Studio in Port Coquitlam, a professional full band recording
facility with 7 practice and recording spaces. Steve drummed for the FP
Band at Stanley Park for the Super Cities Walk for MS.

In addition to being an
exceptional producer and songwriter, Sule's thorough understanding of music
leads him to create extravagant sounds with every instrument he picks up,
including lead and rhythm guitar, bass, drums, percussions and keyboards.
Furthermore, Sule's solid command of voice leads to an extensive array of
possibilities with vocal textures, melodies and harmonies. A truly talented
musical creator.
